The Produce Beats option opens a new session with three instrument tracks ready to get you started building a track right away. You can also tick a box and Studio One 6 will import those audio files to new tracks in the correct tempo of the song. It even has an area where you can drop audio files and loops for your session. For example, Record and Mix allows you to create a quick session for recording and mixing – go figure. These are meant to make it quick and easy to set up a session.
